 Our staff is trained by certified dog trainers and behaviorists. We focus on training, enrichment,  appropriate play, safety and smaller group sizes. We treat each dog as an individual and tailor their time with us to what makes them happiest. We are not your average daycare or training facility!

Big or small we have a spot for them all! Whether you have a great Dane, Mastiff, chihuahua or anything in between we can make your best friend comfortable and happy! With plenty of play time with furry friends inside and out and lots of cuddles, treats, individual attention, training, enrichment play and mental stimulation from our staff.  

  We have daily posts on our Happy Hounds Center facebook page so you can see your fur baby playing with their friends or one on one with our staff if they prefer people over dogs. 

  Over night and during rest time we play soothing music to help our guests settle and everyone is tucked in with a treat and a cuddle before bed.

  We strive to make each one of our furry guests feel comfortable and loved. 

                                                   Daycare

We strive to engage each dog in appropriate play with other dogs or one on one with our staff if your dog prefers people over dogs. We can accommodate dogs that get along with everyone, dogs that are more selective and dogs that prefer to be alone.   Our play groups are based on play styles so every dog gets the most out of their time here. We are happy to accommodate dogs of all sizes and breeds!   For our full day day care dogs we have a nap time in the middle of the day to let everyone rest and decompress before going back out for more play in the afternoon. Every dog who stays and plays with us gets to work on impulse control,  manners and appropriate play.
 We have two outdoor fenced areas and three indoor climate controlled play areas. We stay outside as much as possible, unless the weather forces us in due to rain or extreme heat or cold. Our staff is very attentive to the dog's needs and health.
During your dog's daycare time we offer enrichment training sessions. These one on one sessions work on improving obedience skills, building confidence and mental challenges that keep your dog physically and mentally balanced and happy.  In addition to our 5 play areas and training center we have added a K9 fitness room  for physical challenges and mental enrichment! 

Fritzie's mom says...   We are so appreciative of Colleen and the team at Heroes. From day one of daycare, the staff have treated Fritzie like a part of the family. They know her and each of the dogs so well. At first, my daughter was hesitant to bring 3-month-old Fritzie to daycare fearing that she’d miss us, but seeing how happy she is there, and how exhausted she is at pick-up, we knew it was wonderful for her. The Heroes team often posts photos on Facebook so even when we miss Fritzie, we can get a peek into the fun she’s having and the training she’s getting while she’s there.  -Ellen Leuchs  

 CURRENT UPDATED HOURS For Daycare:

Our canine guests get play time, training and care between 7 am-8pm but we ask our human customers to only come during scheduled pick up and drop off times. This allows us to spend more time with the dogs, keep the energy settled and relaxed and attend to their needs.

To give your dog the best experience we ask that you follow the guidelines for drop off and pick up times. This allows us to settle groups faster and give more training and playtime for dogs at daycare. If you need other arrangements please let us know so we can work with you! There is a convivence fee of $5 for any pick up that happens outside of the normal pick up times.

Morning Drop off is 7:30-9 am. 

 Morning half day pick up is 12-1pm. 

 Full day pick up is between 4- 6:00 pm. 

Boarders can drop off and pick up during any of the drop off/pick up time windows. 

We have quiet time each day between 1-3pm. We are closed to the public at that time to allow the dogs to rest before their second round of play and training!
